"Game of Thrones" actor Neil Fingleton died at 36 from heart failure Saturday in the UK. The English actor stood 7'7" and was the tallest British-born man and the tallest man in the European Union.

Also played basketball at UNC and Holy Cross

Neil Fingleton

Is he the same one who played basketball for Holy Cross in 2003

They almost beat Dwayne Wade's Marquette team in the 1st round

The guy who played Wun Wun is Ian Whyte and HE'S STILL ALIVE. You guys got the wrong giant.
Neil Fingleton played the giant that was killed by the Night's Watch under the wall. He didn't die in Winterfell. Wun Wun did.

How would you know?

Because I was diagnosed with stage 4 congestive heart failure last November.

I thought you knew that. The whole thing with me having open heart surgery to install an artificial mitral valve, dying at one point and being revived and having a second heart surgery, spending a month in the hospital, three months recovering and having multiple out patient procedures since, the last one just this past Tuesday.

Ring any bells yet?
