Its in a residential area but it has no windows on the side of it.
Looks like a torture house for sure.

Owned by Larry Smith and is a primary residence. There are windows on the non-Perkins side. He probably just didn't want people looking in his windows from Perkins. It's pretty strange but I'd imagine that is why.

Friend used to live in one of those. Something with the building rules on that street. All the houses have Windows on only one side or something. Can't remember exactly what he told me. That one just looks weird because it is on the end.

The adjacent property is zoned commercial. Owner does not want to overlook commercial property when developed.
