Would you want to be able to read other people's minds?

The only catch is you can't control exactly when the readings happen.

No.

That's basically dementia or Alzheimer's. From another person.

No. It would probably just be an ego deflator.

Hell yes. I'd become a professional poker player, but would still practice pharmacy PRN for the fun of it.

I can already read my husband's mind

If I could read your mind,
What a tale my heart could tell.

Knowing exactly what people are thinking would give me an upper-hand so yes.

Nah...I really don't care what people think. Most are idiots.

No. That's a guarantee suicide within the year for any sane person going into any fricked up person's mind within a year.

Nah. I can usually tell when they're thinking screw you! Other than that, I don't care!

It sounds like a great gift to have. But reading comments on YouTube, Twitter and Facebook is enough to know, I would NEVER want to read people's minds. I'm a devout Catholic who believes wholeheartedly in the human dignity of every person. However, what many choose to do with that dignity and their free will is just so disappointing, scary, and downright terrible.

Then they articulate it on social media. There are so many people who have chosen to be vile and cruel. Still blows my mind.

It worked out well for Mel Gibson in that movie where he tries to hook up with Helen Hunt.

I bet he wish he had that power when he was pulled over by that cop though.
