Would you make your 14 year old daughter mow your lawn?

Neighbor has a 14 year old daughter who is small and skinny. Once a week she's out there mowing the lawn, struggling to push around a huge mower.

If you owned a house with a lawn, would you make your 14 year old daughter mow the lawn as part of the weekly chores? Seems a little extreme to me. Maybe at 18, if she's still at home, but 14 seems young. Now, a son...yeah absolutely.
