Not fair IMO.

Pay boatloads in federal tax yearly, and when you need help, you get jack crap. I'm not saying they should get 30K, but maybe 10-20K to help out.

In Livingston, I suppose. Baw gonna buy a new trailer, 4-wheeler and double wide with that FEMA loan.

In EBR, we roll at $1.5 mil a year for upper income. Got to pay for private school, non-flood house, and mid-city country club.
