Ravage. You can get it at GNC
Anyone that promotes buying anything at GNC doesn't know wtf they are talking about. GNC is marked up about 2 times as much as the supplements are worth. Stop getting GNC raped bro.
These two websites are the ones I use.

Fist have a clean diet and workout hard. Without this supplements don't mean shite.
Find yourself a good whey protien isolate
and take it after you workout. Make sure you read the ingredients on the nutrition lables. A lot of times they like to put in fillers. Currently I am using ABB Max Recovery RTDs. I cycle through others though.
Get yourself a good Creatine
. Ive used several, and now their are several types out their. The one that has been around a long time with proven results and is relatively cheap is Creatine Monohydrate. Go to the bodybuilding.com site and research articles on the other ones and you can decide which is best for you.
Start taking some bcaa's and a multivitamin
. There are a massive amount to choose from and are relatively cheap.
You can do a pre workout supplement if you like. I like to since I work out at the end of the day and like the pick me up it gives me in the gym to get through a workout. Currently I use ON Amino Energy.
1. Eat a clean diet
2. Workout hard (not to be confused with amount of time in the gym. No more than a 1hr 30min)
3. BCAA & Multivitamin
5. Pre workout (optional)
This is the most natural bodybuilding stack that has been around for years. This is not to say you can't achieve great results with just a clean diet and working out hard. These things are their to aid you not do it for you.
Good luck to you.
