am I the only one who doesn't take protein before bed? I take it after I workout or as a meal replacement.
I can't afford to lose weight to protein right before bed and immediately when I wake up is a must
TTT it sounds as if you have the same metabolism as myself. I call my toilet the money pit. I can eat 3500 cals a day. My body cannot hold it I feel bloated and head to the bathroom. I have been between 168-175 for 10 years. No supplements (weight gain, protein,etc) or diet changes that.
