Working with a junkie

He is technically my boss. He keeps fricking shite up and blaming it on me. In my field if I rat then most likely I'm the one to be let go. How do I handle this?

I've never had one that was my boss. As far as subordinates, they are fantastic and cleaning. Before I get rid of them I use them to clean the shite out of my place.

Document the frick ups in detail as best you can and the blame as well. Document your work that you hand off to him. Keep good records and drop them on ULMngt when it gets to your job being threatened.
