Woman wanted for using stolen credit card

How the hell can this woman get away with using an AMEX in Wal-Mart. I guess the cashier didn't think twice that this trashy arse woman has an AMEX.

I seem to recall that an AMEX card has the words "Not Transferable" on the front in black letters - which I always understood to mean that only the person whose name was on the card can use it.
