You don't make your slaves (erm... I mean maids) clean the outside of the windows? Can you imagine the dust they have in Kuwait.

Being in Kuwait I bet she'll get bitched at for causing a hassle. That's probably what the woman filming was saying- "look what a bad job she's doing. She missed a spot. And she's always complaining." Then after she fell she likely yelled down to her to bring the mail with her on her way back up.
