I don't think this had anything to do with sex, did it? The hemorrhage was already there, it just happened to rupture during sex, right?

Aneurysm was there, but sex pushed it over the edge and caused the rupture. She could have sneezed, climbed up stairs or a ladder.

Having a stroke or heart attack during an orgasm must be amongst the worst ways to die. Imagine the trauma your spouse would suffer, whether it happened during sex... or walking in and finding you dead with porn playing in the background.

What about mild headache prior that leads to an immediately bad short term one when you nut?
