Woman ditches child, urinates on officers

Police said another resident mentioned that Cael might be at the apartment of her “sugar daddy.” Officers found her, nude and intoxicated, at that residence, the report said. According to police, Cael was “being aggressive as officers were attempting to take her into custody” and began to urinate on them while they were attempting to place her in handcuffs.
Cael was arrested and charged with child neglect and resisting an officer with violence.
