NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) – Buying your first home is supposed to be a happy time. It began that way for a Nashville woman until the seller refused to leave. “It’s been a nightmare,” said homeowner Tamara Holloway. “The seller has essentially pirated my house.” The seller is Justin McCrory. He says he’s lived in the property for four years and has every right to still be there. “The transaction went through and they’re getting a good clean property,” McCrory said. “What’s the problem?” The problem is that Holloway closed on her home on June 1, and there isn’t an amendment saying he could stay past the closing date. “I technically don’t have to go anywhere,” said McCrory. “They’d have to evict me and they’re not having that.” But Holloway showed us a detainer warrant she filed Thursday, which is the first step in the eviction process. When reporter Jessica Jaglois continued to ask questions, McCrory became hostile. “Shut your mouth,” he said. “You need to learn to take orders!”

This. A few stories like THAT, and these home squatting pieces of shite would get the message. Or 1.burn it down 2.when he's sleeping in it 3. Profit

Well it is her home, he is unlawfully present, she needs to protect her castle...
22 to the dome is the perfect choice... not enough momentum for an exit wound so the bullet would ricochet inside his skull, scrambling his brain... thus keeping the carpet clean of blood
WIN-WIN

1) Have the squatter arrested for trespassing.
2) Change the locks while he is in jail.
3) Shoot him when he comes back.
4) Profit?

How is this not trespassing avd why can't he be removed by officers?

Had this happen with my first home. He is technically a tenant if he has possessions in the home so the police can't put him out. I filed the eviction paperwork and went to my new home and changed the locks. He got the point and moved on 2 weeks after we closed.

Call the police and report a domestic disturbance next door. They will come to the wrong address and kill him.

This sounds more like an ejectment issue rather than an eviction issue.

The best day of that guys life was when he got a sack on the backup qb during his first c squad game freshman year. Downhill ever since

Pretty easy in louisiana, wait until he walks outside, lock door, wait until he walks back in, shoot him.

well, if it is my house then that means they are my doors...I'd take them. mosquitoes would wear his arse out and he'd be gone after one night.

At some point he has to go out for groceries, gas, work, or something. Go in and change the locks, then lock them. If he comes back, protect your home.
