Woman arrested after asking lawn guys to mow her lawn

Neighbors called police reporting that a woman was flashing mowing service workers from her front yard and porch, according to a police report. Police arrived at the residential neighborhood in the 700 block of Bancroft Street just before 4 p.m. Wednesday.
They found Tamara Zhane Harvey, 56, of Des Moines, who admitted to lifting her shirt and dropping her pants but said she had underwear on, the report stated.
Neighbors said she had exposed her breasts, genitals and backside.

I would not call the cops on any woman for such a harmless act. She is clearly not right and an arrest, with all of the legal and financial ramifications, will only harm her. No rehabilitation will occur.
