I hear ya. If I miss a day, I get the zzzzzzz which feels like I have pop rocks in my head. This is no way to live.

Yep. Take it really slow, taper taper taper. Wish i never would have taken them to begin with.

a couple of folks that I work with needed some antidepressants after Katrina...a few years later when they quit, they both said depression hit them like a ton of bricks.
if you know someone who will quit them, keep an eye on the person for a little while.
