It shouldn't be a big deal in the first place and is legal in many if not all places. More women just need to embrace it (assuming they feel like it).

Naked breasts will always be a "big deal" to 99.9% of men. Unless a man has made love to numerous high grade and upper echelon women (which has been my experience), breasts will continue to be a focus of fascination.
