Will the Feds EVER release the Alton Sterling decision?
Posted by Giantkiller on 4/22/17 at 1:58 pm100
...or are these cops just gonna be in limbo the rest of their lives? I'm ready to either be mad or scared. If the city is gonna riot, I just wish they'd get it over with.
How long can they legitimately hold this up?

Hopefully not. I'm not looking forward to the riots and looting

The only travesty of justice in this case is how long the DOJ has strung these officers along for political purposes.

In due time.

That's what I'm saying. It's COMPLETELY unacceptable.

I think them not releasing is your answer

Waiting until high temps reach 95 for maximum chaos.

It's gonna be absolutely ridiculous. Kip was able to keep the protesters off the interstate and Airline. There's no way SWB figures that out.

SWB was quoted in the Advocate that she expects "peaceful protests no matter the decision."
Makes me feel so good....

She's going to tell the cops to be easy on the protestors, but once things get out of had, the LSP will relieve her of her command.

If the feds refuse to charge the officers involved, I hope they have something conclusive that exonerates the police. I think there will be several black "leaders" that will have to eat shite about knee jerk reactions to this event.
Of course they will have some updated BS narrative to try and change the subject, but it won't work.
Either way I hope that EBRSO and State Troopers will negate any meddling Broome initiates when dealing with future "peaceful" demonstrations. I'm not a fan of the governor, but it gives me hope that he supported the way police handled the first protest.

Oh I am.... it will just show more and more that the movement people are just stupid..... the guy didNOT comply... it's pretty simple.... yet when a black person kills a white person, nothing is said... fricking sad.....

The DOJ investigation had to start completely over after the transition in the white house.

From what I've (and everyone else) has heard, the decision is already made, they're just working on the best way to release and spin it to minimize the rioting and backlash

Won't happen. There could be irrefutable evidence that it was justified and they'd still say that it's "still important because it calls attention to the movement". It's the same reason why people still shout "hands up, don't shoot" even though it's a blatant and proven lie. The truth is completely irrelevant to these people.

I was told last week that it would be the end of April / early May
The family member that told me is good friends with someone close to the investigation
not saying this is 100% true, just what I was told

It was going to be bad enough when Obama was president and Loretta Lynch was making the call. Now, it's president Trump (who black people hate) and attorney general Jeff Sessions (who looks like a Confderate congressman) making the call. It's going to be spun as "Trump let the white supremacist cops off!" and shite is going to burn. And we'll have Mayor Sharon Weston Broome (LOL) in charge of holding the shite show together. If she manages to oust Dabadie before the decision comes down, we are going to be in a world of shite.
