"Short period" the entire incident was maybe 40 seconds... Nobody has been able to back anything of what Hayes has claimed

Every time you have the opportunity to make sense, you take a giant shite on your own face.

Touché. You were acting all impartial, now you're real conviction has been oozing through your pores

I admitted early on that I had a biased view. Would you not agree that I've still remained open minded through this entire process?

Sorry open mindedness is rule no. 1 of being a Hayes camper. It takes willful ignorance and bias at this point to defend Hayes

because all the testimony so far points to the Hayes camp as being the hot heads right?

I think it was testified by Racquel that they didn't think they hit the Hummer in front of Juan's. This could be a result of their alcohol consumption.

So the next thing you know, you get rear ended. You jump out your vehicle yelling "you hit me" and the other party yells "you hit me first" and more shouting ensues because he doesn't think there was the 1st "accident." Your idiot passenger and his idiot brother-in-law try to start a fight with the passenger of the other vehicle.

But the question remains: Why did Hayes exit his vehicle with gun in hand, pocket or waistband? He didn't return to the vehicle to obtain said gun.

So answer this. After the altercation, hands fighting, the yapping back and forth, why did Hayes THEN decide to shoot Smith after he was leaving the scene?

Common sense would say if the dude was just so mad that he wanted to jump out the hummer and kill someone, seems to me he waited a little long right? That tells me that we don't have the entire story. I believe Cardell feared for his life due to Smith's actions.

I agree. no way he intentionally shot anyone, not based on the evidence I have read. My guess is they were high or something, smith and the other 2 get out and are hollering and screaming and with all the ruckus hayes hears gun and smith is making a move toward the vehicle. the stress of the situation causes him to take a shot. mrs smith is up against smith and end up taking shots in the leg and then will gets hit in the left side. he turns back and falls into the vehicle and is probably still moving so hayes steps up and finishes him off.

I think we can rule out that he got out with the gun in hand because nobody said they saw it out of like 5-6 people. maybe he already had the gun on his person. maybe smith and his crew got out first and were aggressive. if that happened, he should have stayed in the vehicle.

there's no way on earth he got out of the hummer without the gun on his person

Oh GTFO. You've been very clear from the beginning on where you stand on this. Even those that agreed with you said you were batshit crazy. Spare us that ridiculous crap.

I have read every single thread and articles, and watched videos from all sides since April 9, 2016.

Show me where I picked a side. The ONLY thing I ever said was that it didn't look like the Benz hit the Hummer with any force. It looked like Hayes brake checked him. The beginning video showed Will Smith driving a safe distance from Hayes. There never appeared to be significant damage to the rear of the Hummer.

As far as people stating I'm crazy, they don't know me, but maybe it is the pot calling the kettle black. Ever consider that?
