Yeah I have a hard time believing Hernandez did any shooting when you consider that everyone was focused on how much of a lunatic he was being.

Fuller will probably try to argue Smith grabbed the gun from the glove box when Hayes shot him in the back and the gun ended up between the seat and the console. Not saying it happened, just saying that's what I think Fuller will try to argue.

I have read most of what's been put out there and I don't recall anything being said about any other fingerprints on WS' gun.

Will's gun was in a hard plastic case with the safety on. In between the drivers seat and the center console.
