My idea: Have the next governor travel like a nomad (Batman in Batman begins) around the world. let him see how other states do it. Then he can bring those ideas back. I never knew much about Missouri. Texas. California. but they kick our arse!

Can BR compete with St Louis?
lafayette with Austin?

How can we make LA the top ranked state in America

Is TIGERLEE still around? If so, he won't be for long.

Yeah, that is what you need. A governor with a huge travel budget.

Yes. Way too one-dimensional of an economy (oil&gas) and too much apathy in several aspects of statewide and local government. Systematic good ole boy network that has no signs of slowing down. Substandard infrastructure, failing schools and inefficient healthcare. Crime has always been bad and there isn't ever a year with less than 50 homicides for Baton Rouge and less than 100 for New Orleans.

As long as the average male drives a big black truck with a louisiana sportsman sticker on the back than yes. This place will suck.

Just kidding its alright.

I feel like Louisiana isnt America. That perfect suburban thing you see in movies. All movies in Louisiana have negative connotations.

I so love the self hate on TD. I think it keeps the people away. The LAST thing we want is a giant influx of CA refugees like CO and Austin are experiencing. That's right, this is a horrible state. All you bitches need to GTFO and leave us alone.
