I know for a fact that paintball paint will eat car paint left on for a long while.

Just wash it off. You may need to use some soft car polish to finish removing the remaining residue left behind from the "body lotion".

Rub cocoa butter on it and get a black woman to roll around on it. They love cocoa butter
Seriously though, get some soap from inside and wash it off by hand. Drive through a regular car wash at lunch to get the dish soap residue off
