According to the article, one of the suspects arrested was Tyrone Biggums, an addict for the past 10 years. He received a brochure for a "5 o'clock free crack give-away" which led to his arrest. According to family and friends, he tried everything to get his life together, spoke as an outreach for elementary kids, interventions, but all for not. He had tons of ambitions, a party host, and above all, great determination for his dreams. While being arrested, he belted out, "I want some crack".
