Idiotic statement.

Why is that statement idiotic?

Yes, I agree with you. But um unless I graduated early, I'd still be in college on my senior year. In any case, this type of shite is exactly why I'm going back to school and finishing up.

Guess you've never heard this extremely common expression.

Okay, I'm sorry, I came on a little strong with that statement. I agree that one probably deals with less of that kind of non-sense.

My point was that even jobs that require college degrees have such bullshite to deal with.

Maybe you aren't having experiences with good workers because you keep hiring your loser buddies?

You sound like u like to give your wages to the "needy", who can't work.

Btw when I say needy I mean leeches, who won't work.

He said it happened more times after supposed death, so a termination was more than understandable. Responsibility.

You'll develop the skills to know who to recommend for a job. I wouldn't recommend to someone to hire my best friend, but I know a few guys I'd feel comfortable recommending. I like the guy, but I'm not putting my professional reputation on him showing up all of the time because I know he hasn't ever done it

Totally true, but I would think that college graduates would typically be more responsible than non-graduates.

I actually haven't. I guess the people I associate with don't use it for some reason. Do you mind enlightening me?

I'll humor ya buddy. Let's say I got a friend a job. I tell another friend that I got him the job he says, "that's mighty white of you." Idk why or how that expression came about, it just did. Kinda like "it's a black thing"

Pretty much all of my siblings and cousins have worked for my dad, and he has fired all but one. If you're a shitty worker, you deserve to be fired.

Second to last one:

My dad's employees were always complaining about the internet being slow as shite and they couldn't get work done. My dad reviewed his CCTV footage, and it turned out to be my cousin streaming 1080 Netflix, Facebook, Hangouts video chatting, shopping, and listening to Spotify all at the same time. Next day, he told her she was gone.

I see. Thanks. I wasn't being facetious. I really hadn't heard it before. I even tried a cursory google search to no avail.

You are 21 years old and you need to be selfish. Drinking beer and raising hell with high school buddies is all good but when it comes to work leave those clowns hanging. They are grown men. They can find work.

I have a friend begging me for a job now. (I swore I won't hire friends anymore though) this guy is a solid worker and will break his back for you. The thing is, he has a temper and is a hot head. In the last ten years he has had 16 different jobs and seven different trades. He has one issue come up where a supervisor pisses him off and he blows up and storms off. Then he can't bring himself to apologize and come back. Literally every six months or so he calls bitching about losing his job.

Then I offered to pay him to pick up and clean machines for me at $20 a machine, max eight a day, and he didn't want to do that.

He wants me to train him as a tech, and that takes months. Months of me paying someone to ride shotgun and look over my shoulder while I work.
I do feel bad for his son, So I went all out on his gifts this year.

Yep, I got my best friend an interview with my wife's company. He did well in initial interviews and they flew him to Atlanta to meet with the regional manager.

Well, his flight was delayed and he missed lunch in order to get to the interview in time. He acted like a energy sapped pussy because he didn't get to eat and bombed the interview. He obviously didn't get an offer and will never get hired with this company.

He is always sweating layoffs with his current employer and his wife doesn't work and is always bitching about money.

The stock has run up so much that he would have had about 800K in stock option value and a nice bump in salary. What a fricking beta.
