Why don't Thin women have more muscle definition?

Are they just lazy? Why don't they workout more? I don't like women that are jacked, but a little definition goes a long way...

It's amazingly easy to be tone while skinny but a majority of women believe lifting weights will turn them into arnold schwarzenegger. Pretty ridiculous.

Right? Just do some curls or something. There's this one chick at my gym that does cardio and weights and she looks great.

Not upset, just curious. I mean if they already have good genes and are in good shape, why not just do a little lifting and get tone.
