Why does Clinton cell service suck

I'm in the contracting business. Whenever I'm trying to reach subs and they don't respond for days they inevitably say they are working in Clinton and there is no cell service. There must be a building boom in Clinton.

Maybe a few years ago... Cell service is fine in Clinton these days. There's a dead spot out in the Bluff Creek area though.
