I will say, when mine was a puppy, I was the only white guy on my block in a kinda rough area in Mid City. She absolutely loves people, and wants to say hello to everyone. I've seen grown men jump on cars when she'd run towards them, wagging tail and all. Crackheads would even cross the street when we'd walk by. She made a great deterrent to morons who couldn't read dog body language.
