Friend has a roommate that owns a lopsa opsa (sp), anytime i go over there (been over there numerous times) the dog runs to the door and barks at me violently, never remembers me. When I sit down he'll get quiet. But as soon as you get up it's almost as if the dog's brain resets and he doesn't know you anymore and begins to bark violently and get really close (you can tell he wants to bite but he doesn't quite have the sack to do it). Also if a person (friend or roommate) is laying down in the bed and you happen to walk in the room the dog will lose his shite.
This dog is very small, yet very aggressive.
You want to know why, look at the owner of the dog. That's the way the dog is because it hasn't been taught to be different.
You have to train the people that come into your home as well as the dog too.
No one is allowed to enter my home and get all in my puppy's face right now. She is under training. She knows to sit and wait when people enter. The people entering are told to ignore her til they sit down and she can approach them calmly. Then when they do pay attention to her, they have to treat her calmly as well and not get up in her face. It's a lot of work, so bad owners don't do it.
