Why do people from 404 Atlanta act like they are better than everyone else?

I live in Destin and work for a company that deals a lot with tourists and people who own their second home in the area.

I see all kinds of walks of life here everyday.

Here is the breakdown:

Oklahome visitors are very friendly and very happy to just be on vacation

Mobile, AL people are trashy and dirty looking. Very nice and pleasant but very dirty

Northern Alabama visitors are clean and frat/preppy. Some have been really cool to deal with but others have been straight dick heads

Louisiana people are very friendly, down to earth... They all seem like they enjoy life and very friendly and outgoing.

Tennessee visitors are very friendly people and very overweight. Why are people in Tennessee so obese?

Mississippi visitors all look like they want to fight in the UFC - Very trashy people with ugly tattoos. They just look like dirty people

Kentucky people are very friendly. I have no gripes about them at all.

Texas people are very nice people with the exception of a few that act like Atlanta people. It seems to me that people from Houston are a LOT nicer than the $30k millionaires from Dallas.

and then comes the GEORGIA people

Everyone outside of the Atlanta metro area are super friendly. They remind me of the Louisiana people...

Then comes Atlanta people (with 404 area code) - Just complete and total dickheads. They act entitled and that they are owed something. They act like they are better than everyone else in this world. Just rude and fake people. They try to look and act pretentious. They are very hateful sounding on the phone. Whenever we see a 404 area code pop up on the phone we know that they are going to be complaining and whining about something.

How come the Atlanta people from 770 area code do not act like this? They seem very friendly
