Why are trashies drawn to buffet crab legs?

What is it about crab legs that make them so crazy?
They just sit waiting on the legs to come out, and then they rush the bar before they can be dumped.

Only buffets that are ever worth eating at, are Indian buffets. And a lot of that aren't even very good.
