I quit working those shifts... I take off when I want. My life will change on Mundy. If I had it over again, I would trade my engineering degree in for a job on the beach

6 am here. 24 hour shifts. The best job in the world 10 days a month unless I have vacation or holiday time. Only took me 20 years to get to where I was making decent money but it's so worth it.

My job is pretty flexible. I have 7am staff meetings once a week and able to take my son to the sitter two days a week. My phone is always on and I'm up by 5am each morning. Some days I'm in the office at 6 just because I want to, it may be 8 the next day, or 9 the day after.

I leave my house at 8 and unless there's something unusual I am back home no later than 3. That's on the 2 or 3 days that I actually don't work from home.

I have it on cruise control these days. It's all about delegating and having good people.

It varies alot of the time but majority of my shifts nowadays are 10am-6:30pm

Can sleep a little longer, miss traffic going to work and going home, and home for dinner. Win-win for me

I don't really punch a clock. I started working a little after 7 today. Probably won't start until 9 tomorrow.
