There's a program called Gridiron Alumni that puts together football games. You get a bunch of people from your old high school and set up a game against a competitor. They bring all the equipment.
I played in a game a couple of years ago... it was fun until I woke up the next morning feeling like I'd been run over by a fricking truck.

If you miss 2 a days, your team wasn't doing them right.
We held ours at Pedernales State Park. I grew up in a time were we didn't have Gatorade or "Dri-Fit" shirts and jerseys. The only thing we could look forward to was getting into the Pedernales River after practice to help cool off. Those temperatures had to always hover around the 100s.

2 a days in the summer were the absolute worst, never will miss those
