I think you can make an argument out of this. Them and non-dom churches..

Adults. Halloween/Trick-or-Treat used to be a kid's holiday until the adults took it over.

Trick or treating is dead.

They do trunk or treat where you just walk around to cars in the church parking lot and get candy.

I was thinking about this earlier. Back in MY day, we had hundreds of trick-or-treaters, neighborhood haunted houses, and stayed out until we just couldn't hang anymore. Now it barely gets dark and everyone is already done. BOR-ING.

It is odd to see all the fb posts of pics of people trick or treating with their kids.....when it's not even dark yet. Cause I've seen a few of those. I know here in the PHX area the kids trick or treat from like 6-8(when it's dark).

What time is trick or treating where yall live at?

To me...trick or treating during the day takes away from the whole Halloween experience as a child.

Schools that do "trick or trunk" trick or treating in the school yards on the weekends and the "bussing people in" method of trick or treating developed by people in shite neighborhoods.

It's funny, because its the exact problem they had when they integrated school districts

Too many places regulating it is what kills it for me. Moving trick or treat to different days for different neighborhoods ruins it, just let the kids do it on the 31st and set a curfew for it.
