Had bad anxiety in college, thought I was going crazy. Once I realized about 20% of the population dealt with same crazy thoughts I did, felt 100% better and anxiety went away.

Still fill my klonopin every July, it's my safety valve, but I don't use a months script worth in a years time. Also acupuncture is amazing, everyone should do acupuncture.
I'm also in the"diet can help" crowd

TD is amazing for anxiety. I'd suspect many posters here use this as a stress relief tool for different mental reasons. Ranting is a blessing!
