I am curious to know if anyone still puts their tree up on Christmas eve? This is a old tradition just wondering if any does this?

We usually leave ours up until after NYE, but they are coming down today and tomorrow.

Contrary to popular belief, Christmas starts on the 25 and last 12 days, not November 1 through dec 25.

I like my tree as normal decore so just leave it up and only turn the lights on around Christmas.

Not that many I am sure... CAUSE they didn't bother to put any up... Todays society is so fricking lazy and not caring about the season that they just don't care.... When I was growing up..EVERYBOY put up lights... Today??? Not so much......

Always take ours down the day after. Just didn't put any up this year because it's all in storage. Building a new house.
