Maybe not. Last time I had jury duty I got dismissed for the week at lunchtime the first day.

I'm on-call this week for federal court so I didn't have to show up.

They wouldn't let me bring my phone in Lafayette. The lady made me walk in the rain to put it in my truck.

Lucky you, when I did federal jury duty, electronic devices weren't allowed in the courthouse at all.

I called and asked and they said it was ok. If I get picked though the judge may not allow it.

Next Monday I will be. But the notice I got here in Jefferson County Alabama even said they have free WiFi. So I'll be bringing my Kindle Fire and watching stuff on Netflix until I'm called.
