That's what I figured. I have a Facebook account but rarely ever post anything unless it's a picture of my kid. And I like seeing friend's pictures of their kids. I never cared for that until I had my son though.
I'm always confused by the people that act like having an account means you have to be constantly looking at what people are eating...
I look at Facebook every couple of days and I only look for a couple of minutes. I see some pictures of family and friends. Sure I've got some people on there that post stuff that I don't care about, but it's not like I have to click on their post and comment. I just slide on by.

Facebook is only a hassle if you make it that way. I open it a couple times a week and check for messages. Takes 30 seconds of my time.

Exactly.
And I can keep up with a lot more people with Facebook than if I had to pick up the phone and call them. And it only takes a few minutes per week.
I hate being on the phone.
I'm 39.
I don't have Instagram or snapchat. I do have a twitter account but I never use it.

Im in my early twenties and have never had one. The only social media I have ever had was Snapchat and I dont even send anything on it usually.

Im 36 and dont have one. I did make my wifes facebook account but that was only so she could post baby pics when we were about to have our first daughter and I made sure it was only her name. Other than that, no facebook, twitter, instagram, snapchat, freds peep show, etc.
Only thing I have thats remotely close to social media woukd be linkedin and I dont really know if that really counts. Unfortunately, some of the shite posted on linkedin these days should be on facebook instead.
