Actually, it's a fact that the shotgun home (and a lot of the architecture) originated in West Africa, spread to the Caribbean, and ended up in New Orleans/the south. If you ever watch a show like Black Sails, which is filmed in Cape Town and set in the Caribbean, the city scenes look almost just like New Orleans.

I wonder what is worse back ppl bitching about everything being racist or white people bitching about black ppl bitch about them thinking everything being racist and crying about being marginalized because they're white.
