I might consider it if they added a bit of landscaping.
Oh, and if I actually had an undisclosed amount of $ with which to buy it.

Speaking of $, does anyone have any idea how much it may go for? I didn't see a number in that article...

I didn't see a price either. I really hope someone doesn't buy it and then cut up the property into 30 crappy lots to build big houses that are too close together.

It's Baton Rouge, so I expect this will happen with a quickness.

Ah, yes... the good ol' days. I could probably afford the house, but not the actors that I'd have to pay to keep it true to form.

Might pick it up to give the relatives a place to stay when they come and visit.

I saw that they were asking a little over $10 million for it when it went up for sale a couple months ago.

It can't be worth more than $2-3 mil. Area is okish. House is old=needs work.
Might make great restaurant. Wedding reception catering joint.

I did some work in there about 20 years ago.
Unless they have done some major upgrades in the last 20 years. It definatly needs some work.
was not in bad shape, just the electrical, plumbing and HVAC was not up to date at all.
That basement was pretty cool though
