I'd probably head to one of the Poly islands (Samoa or Tonga). They're not very developed and I'd be surrounded by beaches/mountains.

I'd probably try to make my way to Montana and build a cabin in a remote area.

Alaska. Seems like a place you could go, change your name and easily earn a living as long as you are willing to work. Seems like a lot of people do just this too.

Worst decision. People are nosey. Newcomers are heavily scrutinized.

A large city will swallow you. People wouldn't give a rat's arse who you are, or where you came from. Easily find work for cash.

They are also pedestrian friendly. To get state issued documents for driver's licenses and vehicle registrations would be very difficult on the lam. Without transportation, a job is almost impossible.

Many will not let you in without a Round TRip ticket to where you came from and a specific date you will be leaving and unlike the USA, they mean you will leave

Edward Snowden went to Russia and it seemed to work out for him. Does that answer the question?

If you have the country's government helping you, you could go where ever you wanted.
