BCSP Certs - apply online and they will send you to sit for the test somewhere in BR.

COSS - Safety Council or LSU Contuning Ed
NCCER CSST - ABC Pelican Chapter, BRCC
OSHA 30 - Safety Council, BRCC, Online (i went through USF)
First Aid - American Red Cross (anywhere)
OSHA 500 - Safety Council has it, but there are pre-reqs

As for the rest, alot of those are taught by your employer, some from safety council, some by contract instructors.

Already did 8 years in the USMC. Disabled by the VA so I would need a lot of waivers in order to get back in. Also, the The military doesn't provide extremely comfortable quality-of-life. Best case scenario is to become an officer, and get a job and duty station of your preference. Very low likelihood of that happening.
