I just sprayed a mix of rubbing alcohol and water. It worked well after letting it sit for a bit

Walmart/Autozone or just do it the easiest way- pour some hot water and run your wipers while doing it.

In theory, applying Rain-X now should keep ice from forming on your windows.

Just let your car warm up and the defroster will melt the ice until you can use your windshield wipers. It won't be that frozen.
