I interview people regularly...this is not what eliminated you from getting hired.

I certainly look retarded for misspelling the word "your" in the first god damned sentence of the email.
That would require removing more than "a letter."

Lying during the hiring process is NEVER a good idea.

(1) "Friend" probably thought he was legitimately correcting you're to your...Tries to OT play it off as a joke

(2) OP is stuck selling used office equipment for life, and has to blame it on someone

Idk why you have felt the need to ride my dick since I arrived here, but you can believe that ignoring you will be no big loss.

I mean it is funny but that is because it didn't happen to me. I would be livid if I was you.

I don't know why everyone keeps saying this when they don't know what the job was. Maybe he wanted to be an English teacher, an editor and a million other jobs. I for one would not hire someone that screwed up your and you're on a resume or any other document that came to me prior to hiring them unless it was for a blue collar position. If they can't even get it right while trying for the job, when they are putting their absolute best foot forward, what makes you think they won't screw up all of the time once you hire them?

"your firm"

Became

"you firm"

I'll just let that sink in.

Is it funny, yeah I guess. Judging by the fact I haven't received an email back, neither found it funny.
