Only once have I been let go with a warning. It was for having a tail light out. Every other time I got a ticket. Usually for speeding. Didn't bother me, I was in fact speeding. So I just signed on the dotted line and paid the fine.

The only time I was let go with a warning was with an expired inspection sticker at a checkpoint and the officer was getting ready to write me up when he was called over to help on a car that must have had drugs or something so he let me off with a warning. Every other pull over has been a ticket so I'm running about 20% - 25% getting off with a warning, but the one time I got off was just lucky timing.
