When was the last time you were at a JC Pennys?

I have a very laid back job and caught myself goofing off in a Pennys today buying a new pair of khaki Dockers.
Then I got to thinking.....
I havent been in a JCP in probably 5 or 6 years and the last time I went in, it was to get a pair of Dockers.

I go when they have Christmas sales. I've gotten some good clothes for cheap over there.

Dockers are the shite. No belk here in CS so I find myself in Dillard's or JCPenn a lot.

JCP used to have Stafford button downs that would go on sale for like 12 bucks. My job required a button diwn, but I often had to go into a greasy shop, so I'd wear those. Actually didn't look bad at all, but didn't last nearly as long as more expensive shirts. Probably been 2 years since then.

Bought an Izod button down to wear to my wife's grandfather funeral last week. First time I've been to JC Penny in years.

Went in last summer, needed an emergency bathing suit for a rafting/hiking trip. Got a sweet Nike suit for......maybe $12 bucks.

Went in the one in my hometown right before it went out of business. Got a few ties, khakis, and tennis shoes for like 26 bucks.

Don't know but I bought shares when their stock fell below $5 due to their marketing failure. Waiting for it tho back up to $30-$40. Old $80 price would be nice but won't happen.
