My sister in law is still breastfeeding, and her daughter is getting close to 2 years old. I think it's stupid. Its time for a sippie cup and time to drink regular milk

As long as they want. It's their kid not yours.

Anything past 5 years old is too much

I was in Whole Foods last week and a 3 year old was crawling around in the cart jumped up and popped her mom's tit out and starting going at it right there in the store. I think that's a. Not the place; b. Too old. The mom (yes she was a hippy, shocker) didn't even try to cover it up.

When the kid can use a bottle unassisted i.e. sit up on his own, grasp and carry the bottle effectively, able to lift it to his mouth and tilt his head back on his own etc.

I'm 40 and have no plans to stop anytime soon.

Shop at whole foods, see a titty. Some guys have all the luck.

The World Health Organization recommends breast feeding until the age of two. There are antibodies and other cofactors that aren't found in formula or dairy.

My wife nursed our son until two. Although the last few months were mostly at night for comfort.

My son got sick once before he turned two. While mostly anecdotal, that's pretty common for breastfed children.

But seriously, its up to the mom, but two imo is enough. Let the kid grow up.

My wife did it for first three months and then we transitioned to formula. To each his own, but that shite became a pain in the arse for her (and really everyone), and I can't even imagine her breastfeeding our son's big arse with his mouth full of teeth now at 14 months. Good for those who can pull it off, I suppose.

My son turned two in December and has never been sick. He was formula fed because my wife had to have an emergency c-section and had complications. Guess we got lucky. Seems like most of his little friend, both breast and formula fed, are constantly sick with something.
