When is Obama shutting down BR?

He's supposed to be coming in tomorrow. The interstates are a cluster when he comes in so I'd like to plan accordingly. Has an itinerary been give for the various times of road closures?

I have not heard anything , but seems he would land in NO or belle chase and take marine 1 to wherever he wants to take a few pics?
