It was my dream to go work for Enron. It was all I could think about senior year of college. By the time they offered me a position I already had an offer out West for a major tech company. I still considered it but decided to come here. I would probably have been out of a job within a year in the middle of an economic collapse.

Hydroplaned and spun across I-20 between Bham and Atlanta. While spinning I saw a tractor trailer straight ahead, coming down on me. probably 25 yards or so. Thankfully I spun down off the interstate in time onto a not-too-steep shoulder. Both me and the car I took out came out relatively fine.

My dad sold his for like 2K profit.

As far as dodging bullets goes for me, I actually can't think of one. I haven't even taken many bullets. I live a pretty sweet life.

When I was in school I rode a Kawasaki. One night someone pulled out from a strip mall directly in front of me. The driver suddenly saw me and stopped.

I veered hard left to steer around him, looked down and saw my right foot pedal clear his front bumper by the width of my foot at about 50 mph.

Oh shite. This reminded me of mine. Years ago, I was racing my friend to my house. We were in no hurry, just decided to race without saying a word.

I was going 65 on a right turn (yield), and a sprinkler head had broken hosing down the street, my truck swerved back against the turn, and hopped the median. Somehow, my tires hit the curb straight on. I'm sure I would have flipped if I wouldn't have slid so far back left. I slid right past a tree. I came to a stop facing the wrong way on the other side of the median. I was so flustered that I swore my buddy not to tell anyone because I really felt like I should have died. Craziest part was that I did no damage to my truck. The next day, we checked the median. The tire mark was about 2 inches from the tree.
