Nothing. You only have a limited amount of years to make your money. Make as much as you can, rat hole most of it, then retire early and do what you want. There are very few hobbies that pay.

Funny. Every time my job gets stressful, this is what I want to do. You'd think the place around Baton Rouge where people spend so much time (sitting in traffic on the interstate) we'd have a nicer view. IMO this view is one reason why many people say Baton Rouge is going down hill, or a crap place to live.
