Dryer tumbles.
Heat works.
Open door, still hot but clothes basically steaming

Does not seem to be air flow.
Does not run on air dry only.

I've cleaned all filters. I think a certain part has crapped out.

What's the issue?

Check your hose and vent in wall. It's not getting out. Probably clogged

Hose is clear.

I even tried unhooking from wall completely to see if air dry only would run. Still wouldn't.

I think it's something internal in the dryer

if it heats and tumbles but doesnt dry its clogged somewhere. If the hose is clear its in the drier before the hose

It's there a place it can get clogged under the tumbler? I've cleared out all the vents

The flapper at the roof exit could be stuck, bird nest/wasp nest, or other clogs. Get in the attic and check it out.

I've already taken the thing apart.

At this point its a broken part or the upper vent going through roof is blocked

Make sure the vent isn't clogged.
