Uh yeah they are. I've had a friend of mine get pulled over for going 20 in a 25 mph school zone. She was on her way to pick up her kid and got hollered at for going too slow in a school zone. That was last summer. Apparently their personnel hasn't changed enough.

Shits still going on. Often times he posts videos of videos which is hilariously incomplete with details but the latest is a video of officers and the wife's ex-husband allegedly rooting through his vehicle while they were in court. His comments indicate that he is somehow barred from discussing the case on Facebook which is crazy when you think about it.
Reminds me of a time when a friend of mine uncovered a state legislator and some well connected people orchestrating a sweetheart land deal with a governmental entity. He posted about it on Facebook and was immediately greeted with cease and desist orders.
The legislators brother is high up at the sheriffs department also they had squad cars sitting outside his home and following him around. The state board of ethics put a gag order on him and nothing came of it. It's crazy how that sort of thing an still happen in this modern age.
